In this episode, Denise comes home from college for the weekend and spends most of her time with her high school friends. Her family had been looking forward to seeing her and are disappointed by her lack of attention.
Our family spends each weekend together…like a clump. We go shopping together, to sporting events together, to the gym together. If we have nothing going on, we stay home together. There are times when I would rather we each go our separate ways, but I realize that this season will pass all too quickly. The time will come when I will wish that the boys would spend their weekends with us. Sometimes I would prefer to take a nap instead of going to a basketball game, but I am trying to make the most of every moment that we have together.
