“Mom, will you buy me…?” How many times a day do I hear this?? We started the boys on an allowance, but there still seems to be so many things that they have to have.

In Episode 5, Theo buys a $95 designer shirt for a date. His parents make him return it, because they feel it is excessive.

We had a great discussion with our boys after this episode. We don’t buy everything we want…not necessarily because we can’t afford it, but because we don’t need it. We are expected to be good stewards of our money and we should spend, give and save it wisely.
